We process orders quickly, so unfortunately it is usually not possible to change the products or delivery address once an order has been placed.

However, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
You can do this yourself through your customer account.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and England.

The shipping costs to the Netherlands up to €49.99 are €6.95.
From € 50,- the order is delivered free of charge Netherlands.

The shipping costs to Belgium up to €75 are €9.95.
Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge in Belgium.

The shipping costs to Germany are €9,95
Orders over €60 are delivered free of charge in Germany.

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Statutory exceptions apply to certain products, including some personalised items.

You can easily register your return through our returns portal. Alternatively, you can notify us of your withdrawal by emailing info@dutchdesignbrand.com or by using the online withdrawal function on our website.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products.

If you are returning a product simply because it does not meet your expectations, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

As soon as we receive your order, we reserve the items for you. Shortly after your order is placed, the items are picked, packed and prepared for dispatch.

This process is fully automated and happens so quickly that there is very little time between placing your order and dispatch. Unfortunately, this means we're generally unable to make changes to your order or delivery address.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace number so you can follow your delivery.

If you place your order on weekdays before 23:30, it
will be shipped the same day. As soon as your order
leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that the package is on its way. In this email you will find the
tracking number with which you can track the package and see when it will be delivered.

Where possible, include your order number, a brief description of the problem and a photograph.

We will do our best to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

If the product is defective or we have made a mistake, we will cover the necessary costs of providing the remedy required by law.

Is there something wrong with your product? Please contact us first.
Please contact us by sending an email to info@dutchdesignbrand.com with the order number, a
description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. We will personally help with the situation.
If the product is defective, the return costs will of course be borne by us.

Would you prefer a different product? You can return your original purchase within the statutory cooling-off period and place a new order for your preferred product through our online store.

You can register your return through our returns portal.

For standard returns under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Yes. If you withdraw from your entire order within the statutory cooling-off period, we will refund both the purchase price and the original standard delivery charges.

If you return only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. The original shipping charges will generally not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we are legally required to cover them.

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

First of all, the sizes differ:

Classic: external dimensions (l x w x h): 38.9 x 31.3 x 20.6 cm / internal dimensions (l x w x h): 36.9 x 30 x 20 cm / capacity: 22 litres

Medium: external dimensions (l x w x h): 33.2 x 24.2 x 16.5 cm / internal dimensions (l x w x h): 30.8 x 23 x 15.5 cm / capacity: 11 liters

Small: W=outside dimensions (l x w x h): 27.8 x 20.6 x 14 cm / internal dimensions (l x w x h): 25.2 x 19.2 x 13 cm / capacity: 6.29 liters

The Classic is individually packed, and the Medium and Small are packed per two pieces.

We have two different finishes. The more affordable boxes in all three sizes are printed in a single color
print on brown cardboard with water-based ink, these have a more natural look. The more expensive boxes are printed in a full-color print and finished with a matt or gloss laminate, this is an extra protective layer.

How lovely that you'd like to give someone a Dutch Design Gift Card!

You can easily order a gift card through our webshop. Choose between a digital gift card, which you'll receive by email, and a physical gift card, which we'll send to you by post.

Select your preferred amount (in whole euros) and make your gift card extra special by adding a personal message.

If you order your gift card before 13:00 on a working day, it will be sent by email or dispatched by post that same day.

Each gift card comes with a unique code, allowing the lucky recipient to choose something lovely from our collection.

After receiving the Gift Card, you have two years to activate the code in our webshop.

When you place an order with a higher value, the amount on the gift card with your order will be
settled. You can then pay the remaining amount with one of the other payment options on the checkout page in the webshop.

When you spend less than the amount on the gift card, the remaining amount will remain on the gift card. You can the same code for a next order just again to use.
