Tim Várdy, founder Dutch Design Brand
I don't have any hobbies, only passions! Playing the piano, eating delicious food, starting a jazz club, being an entrepreneur, and playing squash. In one sentence I would describe myself as someone who goes all in and does not give up when I believe in something. My favorite product at Dutch Design Brand is the Dutch Design Chair, and when it comes to print/design I simply can't choose.

I love cooking, reading and writing. I also enjoy dining and drinking good wine with others. In short, I would describe myself as someone who can convince the whole world if I really believe in something. Of all the beautiful products at Dutch Design Brand, my favorite is the Dutch Design Storage Box, and in terms of design, I love the Cockatoo & Pomegranate!

I love bootcamping and spending time in nature. In one sentence I would describe myself as a positive person who likes to tackle things. My favorite product at Dutch Design Brand is the Storage Box; you can never have enough of them in your home. When it comes to print/design, Botanical is my favorite. And as a nice addition: I have a (small) addiction to searching Vinted for nice bargains.

The answers to life's questions for me: chess, tennis, and theater. I can hardly stop when I'm doing something. My favorite product is the Chair, such a beautiful, decorative, versatile, durable, etc. product! I'm also a fan of the Royal Dutch design.
Our company strives to develop and market products that not only put a smile on your face, but also enhance the world around us. It is an absolute requirement for us that these products are manufactured in a sustainable way, so that we do not contribute to further pollution of our planet. The essence of that smile lies not only in the design and appearance of our products, but also often in their practical usability.
Service is in our DNA, and we strive for excellence in dealing with our customers, suppliers and distributors. Unburdening and fulfilling our agreements are always our top priority. Our ambition for the future focuses on an even more sustainable production chain.
Finally, our goal is not just to make a profit, but to make dreams come true. We like to commit ourselves to things we believe in and find important. For example, in November 2023 we started a
Jazz club at our office, with the aim of connecting people and giving musicians a stage. The foundation of this is the principle of rewarding musicians well.
