Shipping costs Netherlands
For orders above € 40,- there are no shipping costs!
For orders below € 40,- you pay € 6,95 shipping costs.

Shipping costs Belgium
There are no shipping costs for orders above € 50,-!
For orders under € 50,- the shipping costs are € 9,95.

Shipping costs Germany, France and United Kingdom
For orders you pay € 25 shipping costs.

Shipping costs Austria
For orders you pay € 25 shipping costs.

Delivery time
Our orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped by PostNL, orders to Germany and Austria by DHL, orders to France by DPD and orders to United Kingdom by UPS. Orders placed before 23.30 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The orders are sent as parcel post and are provided with a Track & Trace number. So you can always see where your order is.

Not at home?
The deliverymen will hand over your order personally. If nobody is home, they will come the next day again. If nobody opens the door the second time, your order will be delivered to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there by showing your ID. You can also have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as your work address.
